Former Elite athlete, current contemporary Yoga Alliance, Canfit Pro & Barreworks certified educator, trainer and movement specialist, Meaux Redhead is passionate about personal leadership and dedicated to freedom of the heart and mind.
Starting from a young age, active movement has been a driving factor in her success. Ranging from dancer to competitive athlete to Yogi to active movement specialist she has managed to share her unique approach to empowerment worldwide. Her goal is to make functional fitness accessible and artistic.
Meaux has been an avid Armpocket user for over a decade now. The versatility of Armpocket armbands lends to her diversity as a movement specialist. On any given day Meaux goes from distance running to HiiT to skipping to Barre and Yoga, so having the Armpocket extends her movement in all planes of motion.
As an ASICS Canada ambassador and global ASICS Frontrunner, running and cardio are the roots of Meaux’s daily training. Excited to continue training and extend her longevity via mobility as an Armpocket Ambassador, Meaux invites you to join her on this adventure!
