Love it or return it easily!
We want you to achieve 100% happiness with your Armpocket experience. We encourage you to give it a test run and if you don’t completely love it, easily return it within 30 days.
If you have not received your package, please let us know within 5 days of reported "delivered" status on the tracking. We are unable to replace items lost in transit if they are not reported promptly.
We will happily exchange a product to another size, color, or model within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact the Armpocket team at email@example.com for assistance and to obtain an RMA number. A new order will be placed and you will be charged the purchase price for the item(s) included on the exchange order. We offer free standard shipping on the exchange orders shipped to the U.S. We'll provide a return label for domestic orders and once we receive your return, we will credit you the cost of the original item(s), less a $4.50 fee to cover return shipping costs. Not applicable on orders shipped to international destinations.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, contact the Armpocket team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds are available up to 30 days after purchase date and a shipping label will be provided for domestic orders. A $4.50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. Returns requested within the 30-day return policy window but not sent back within 45 days from purchase date will receive store credit only.
